Using the body as a means of expression, workshop participants are challenged to uncover their own potential and limitations, gaining knowledge and freeing their bodies of the blocks that impede them of generating emotions, energy and creativity. The aim is to guide people into a state of creative thought/action, with focus exercises followed by a work process with several levels of organisation - ranging from improvisation to the performance of more structured sections - and then by the sharing of subjective experiences.Clara Andermatt mixes techniques from different artistic domains squarely pointing them towards developing hearing, intuition, movement, verbal and sound skills in order to create a state of not only physical but also mental availability.
