In 2025, Teatro Viriato joins Culturgest (Lisbon) and Theatro Circo (Braga) to create the project "Três Tempos", a musical project aimed at the younger generation, whose first edition had, has special guest, the artist and musician Capicua, sharing her methods for writing and musical composition with all participants. In each city, the project was headed by a local musician. In the city of Viseu, that musician was Gonçalo Alegre.
"Três Tempos" was created to provide an experience of collaborative creation for a group of participants with ages between 15 and 18 years old. It aimed to create a platform for dialogue and artistic expression, highlighting the importance of music as a catalyst for significant and transformative connections. The creative process, including weekly meet-ups with the local mediator - between January and April 2025, culminates in this final presentation at Teatro Viriato.
On May 3rd the three groups will be presented at Theatro Circo, in Braga, the very same day in which Theatro Circo celebrates their anniversary, and the same year in which Braga is Portuguese Capital of Culture.
