Virgínia is the new record by Tranglomango and perfectly mirrors the journey they have made since their debut album in 2015: a myriad of concerts and roads taken, a bigger presence of the group as a collective in the creation of songs and arrangements, new stories, new influences and ideas.
Folklore and tradition are still the main inspiration and starting point of this new work, but they do not weigh down the wings of creativity, they rather serve as catapult to the themes that make up this record and spontaneously coalesce into very different styles, always linked by the sounds of rock music.
This freedom of writing and mixing music that Tranglomango attained, brings a sweet instability to their sound, balanced by the endurance test that most tracks were submitted to, during live concerts, and the more organic recording options chosen while in the studio.
