"Super Natural" is a journey, both documental and fictional, throughout the stories behind the work of dance company Dançando com a Diferença - an organization that has people with and without disability joined in an effort to create worthwhile art objects.
Directed by Jorge Jácome, the film guides the viewer through different locations, historical curiosities, video clips, confessions and humorous moments, that contribute to create a feeling of togetherness that confuses the eye of the beholder, fiction and reality, drones and birds, robots and spiders, revealing to us that the truth of something, be it a body or an object, is far more complex than it appears at first glance.The film was premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival, 2022. After the showing, there will be a Q&A panel with Henrique Amoedo, artistic director of Dançando com a Diferença.
