A journey through the universe of Israeli choreographer Hofesh Shechter, Shelters includes two of the more iconic early works of the London based artist, Fragments and Cult, and a third piece, Under a Rock created for Companhoa Instável. From the movements of the powerful and humorous portrait of the dynamics of a love relationshiop represented in Fragments (first piece he ever choreographed); taking us through the deep dark look cast over the powers that guide today's society, that we can find in Cult (piece that was awarded in London); we finish our journey with Under a rock in which Hofesh Shechter once again takes up the theme of rituals. Recognized as a choreographer and composer, and this being one of the hallmarks of his artistic identity, Shechter also penned the musical composition of the entire venue.
