"Radical Softness" aptly describes Cristina Planas Leitão's position in this world, the way she interacts with it and everything she does. It grew from a single premise: that which is personal is also political and art, even when we want it to, is not nearly political enough. With the help of artistic practise she observes, questions and connects with politics, spirituality, ethics and society. She does not believe in the conventional teaching of dance, and she wishes that all labels of discipline were abolished. 
This workshop provides participants with an individual artistic research, not based on any formula or convention. Instead, its starting point is figuring what each person needs so that they can individually manifest their creativity to the world. It is predicated on the sharing of experiences in the form of questions. You will work with juxtaposition and metaphor, always evolving and gradually incorporating the necessary tools: voice, body, presence and breathing technique.
