POUR LE MEILLEUR ET POUR LE PIRE (PARA O MELHOR E O PIOR)

CONTEMPORARY CIRCUS

New Circus returns to our stage with Pour le meilleur et pour le pire (For better and for worse). Victor & Kati get inspiration from their own personal history to create a show made of poetry, humour and rock and roll.
Having, as a starting point, the life of a couple that lives in the circus, Pour le meilleur et pour le pire brings us a raw portrait of their intimacy. Whether they are lying on the dirt floor, engaged in surprising acrobatics and extraordinary games of balance, or just travelling from one place to another, they alternate between laughter and tears in a story that is as sad as it is happy.
On stage, we can also highlight the car, a constant in all situations and indispensable instrument for a life on the road; and the dirt arena, symbolising work in the fields. Earth from whence everything comes and to where everything will return.
