EXHIBITION
For four months, people - disabled and otherwise - pooled their creative efforts around the poetry of Sophia de Mello Breyner giving body to the Por Delicadeza project, that is focused on the concept of inclusive dance.
Taken during the zenith of this initiative, the staging of the final show, José Alfredo's photos reveal the intensity, the commitment, the emotions, the determination, the poetry with which each one of the twenty nine performers lived this project.
A professional photographer since 1982, José Alfredo collaborates with Teatro Viriato since 1998, and also with various other institutions, namely Município de Viseu, Martifer, Visabeira, amongst others. He often exhibits his work both individually and collectively, and has won awards in several photography competitions.
