From the concept of elasticity, in an homage to children, Simão Costa gives us a concert made of live musical dance, recommended for all senses and all ages. In a format that breaks all conventions, the audience is treated to music intimately entwined with sight, touch and smell. Music played by one piano, two pianists, an audio-ballerina, movement, video animations and a few representatives of low and high technologies that blend and shuffle the complex world of sounds. While the audience listens, they mix and remix real-time into surreal time...
Surprise and poetry, both visual and sonorous in nature, in an acoustic space that can be shared by whoever likes having sound in the palm of their hand, by younger and older people alike if they also share the wanting for finding out what is the smell of the sound of a particular instrument. This production was commissioned by CCB/Fábrica das Artes.
