In "Ovvio", David and Tomas challenge the laws of gravity, as well as their own abilities. Simple wood planks transform into ingenious tools that push them to constantly overcome new challenges. They might be challenges of strength, concentration, courage or trust, depending on the game they're playing in that precise moment. The risk is recognized as an inevitable part of their work - both are constantly put in danger - but it is readily apparent they know how to move their bodies and fall. When we see them in action, it's impossible not to hold our breath. The audience gets caught up in the tension created by the games, but is also impressed by the aesthetic of the images that the balancing act creates and maintains.
