OPEN FIELD STRING TRIO

Music

The search for the open field, vast space where research, fruition and a lack of submission are yet attainable, is the essence that moves and best describes the Open Field String Trio.
The collective brings to the table an array of possibilities where idioms, usually deemed irreconcilable, converge.
Made up by three prime examples of the new Portuguese generation of musicians, Open Field String Trio have been proving to be owners of an all-encompassing musical vision, capable of capturing in a single breath the energy and frugality of jazz.
The three musicians already had the opportunity to cross paths with such renowned talents as Italian clarinettist Renato Ciunfrini or North-American pianist Burton Greene.
