New Age, New Time, a Dance showing promoted by Teatro Viriato, has been proving itself an irreplaceably important opportunity for national creators to write, through body and movement, their artistic idioms and unique messages on the subject of Dance.
Year after year, this event brings to Teatro Viriato a plurality of choreographic languages that photographer José Alfredo records in images from which beauty and a myriad of fleeting emotions spring forth, finding purchase in the deepest recesses of memory.
A professional photographer since 1982, José Alfredo started his collaboration with Teatro Viriato in 1998. Many of his works have been exhibited both individually and collectively. He also garnered several awards in photography contests.
