« Twelve young actors-creators, from Fornos de Algodres, São Pedro do Sul, Tondela, and Viseu joined under the roof of Teatro Viriato and in the virtual and real space of K Cena, somewhere in Brazil, Cape Green, Portugal and São Tomé, for a meeting with "Gráficos da Cidade e das Coisas", by Gonçalo M. Tavares.
This was followed by readings, conversations and reflections, improvisations, experiences, and searching for the small details and the big questions of these unusual objects which live in the space between poetry, thought and image, and propose that we look with critical clarity, irony, and a sense of amusement to the perplexities of the present and the possibilities of the future.
The purpose, the construction of an object, of a performative experience was born from the rehearsals, half of which took place in the old rehearsal hall in the -2 floor and the other half in a virtual space, to which the pandemic forced us to resort as a fall-back solution, but which we now regard as an instrument that promises and enable new proximities. »Graeme Pulleyn
