To give body to the utopia was the ultimate aim of Paulo Ribeiros last creation. In A Festa (da Insignificância), the choreographer tangled the audience in the pleasure of celebrating the body, the inner and secret motivations, and therefore summoning the group to the sharing of the rhythmic energy brought by the celebration.
Throughout many show presentations, four photographers fitted to capture this meeting between body and utopia. More than to register the concrete movements or choreography details, the challenge was to immortalize the intensity, the beauty and the poetic complicities between interpreters and audience.
