"Corre, Bebé!" is a bunch of reflections on the conflicts of parenthood.
A trans couple, set in a post-apocalyptic scenario, wonders about what raising babies in this context might be like. Expectations, economic problems and insecurities are approached in a poetic manner, drawing the fears that might rear their heads and accompany the development of a new person in an uncertain future.
The show ends with the showing of a short film, shot in real-time, during the performance.
With this project, Ary Zara and Gaya de Medeiros were the winners of the 7th edition of the Bolsa Amélia Rey Colaço.
