COMPANHIA LIMITADA

The loneliness and isolation that so many city people experience, in so many different ways, was the main theme of the first edition of Companhia Limitada - a performing arts project, by LARGO Residências, under the artistic direction of Madalena Victorino and Pedro Salvador. For this first endeavour the company created six plays: artistic experiences for audiences of one that have, as a starting point, the personal history of each audience member, ending up metamorphosing every home into a memorable and unrecognisable stage. 
In Viseu, Companhia Limitada once again went forth, questing for new situations of solitude inside this city's walls, and created a cycle of visible and invisible presentations based on those stories in order to show them, through an artistic lens, to the original protagonists. The private showings will be complemented by an open session that will take place at the Hotel Avenida's rooms, inviting the general audience to experience the point of view of the people for which the pieces were created.
