WORKSHOP
From the venue Matriz Arcaica da Sublimação do Corpo, Pedro Ramos and Sandra Rosado ask students and teachers to explore, with their bodies, the formulation of questions pertaining to the "known" and "unknown" that reside in us all, pertaining to the world and to the way we relate to one another.
The piece was born from an exhaustive research process in which art is seen as a tool, of divergent nature, for the creation of knowledge that complements the knowledge put forth by science - for this purpose, considered a tool of convergent nature.
This workshop aims to introduce the body, as a performative canvas, to a traditional school syllabus, sharing with participants a view of dance and, hopefully, sparking curiosity for knowledge spanning all domains and, above all, knowledge of oneself.
