Taking the opportunity granted by the premiere of Nevoeiro Adentro, stage director John Mowat heads the workshop Cair de Cara no Chão that aims to guide participants towards a reflection about theatre and acting, with emphasis on visual and physical questions.
By developing games, improvisation exercises and studying modern day mime techniques participants will be challenged to discover or rediscover their bodies, the space they occupy, the objects they use and the sounds each one makes. They will also have a chance to work with various Commedia dell'arte masks, creating several characters.
