Artistic Residency
Aurora happens with closed eyes. We don’t know exactly where it starts – someone’s living room, in a blackbox, the streets of a city. Aurora (lit. daybreak) is also the moment between night and day, that period of light where the sun is not yet up, when everything gets illuminated in a diffuse way in a sort of tension between shadow and light. It’s a moment that’s still to come. This is the second residency with Núcleo da Dançando com a Diferença em Viseu for the stage show “Aurora (ou Livro)”, by Paula Diogo, that aims to premiere at Teatro Viriato in March 2026.
