Juana Azurduy was a woman/mother/warrior of native origins that fought for a better country and the independence of Bolivia. Riding a horse, sword and gun in hand, this valiant and kind woman faced all her battles, challenging life itself.
"Antiprincesas" is a series of stage shows created by Cláudia Gaiolas, based on a collection of books with the same name, published by Tinta-da-China and EGEAC, about women that left their mark in History - women that didn't wear any crowns, didn't live in any castles and didn't have any superpowers; regular women, real life heroines that challenged the status quo and revolutionized the world through art, literature and politics.
