A VOZ DO ROCK CONVIDAM KALÚ

Soon celebrating 6 years of existence, the collective of grandparents composed, in the majority, by octogenarians from Viseu, challenges the age stereotype and proves that it is possible to age and, simultaneously, "choose something that rings a bell in your heart"(Osho). Here they opt for rock and for songs that, usually, aren't listened in the voices of people of such age. That's how A Voz do Rock breaks barriers between generations and exceed the limits of the humean condition, presenting a positive image of ageing, that translated in a performed musical performance that, above all, celebrates the pleasure of sharing music and even life.
In this special concert, the grandparents of rock (avós do rock) feel honored to share the stage with Kalú, one of the most emblematic and energetic drummers from Portuguese rock, that is known for his passage in the project Palma's Gang and the course of, exactly, 40 years in the band Xutos e Pontapés.
