À volta de “Nós, Sozinhas”

In residence at Teatro Viriato for the development of her new creation, “Nós, Sozinhas”, Sara Barros Leitão opens up her research space to schools audiences, and the rest of the community, for a series of talks anchored around the theme of her project.

“Nós, Sozinhas” began from a verse of writer and activist Maria Teresa Horta, turning into a reflection on the almost twenty years since the decriminalisation of abortion in Portugal, recalling the memory of this process, that included two referendums Portuguese citizens needed to vote for, until we reach our present day, realising how much we still have left to do.

During these gatherings, we can take the opportunity to think together about these matters, while getting to know a bit more about the work around this future show.
