Here, we all draw a city to see ourselves in it. To see what we inherited from cities unknown, and what we do with cities already known to us. The strength of this union is born from a will to question, dialogue and observe together the way each company, as well as each one of us, exists -in the theatre, and in the city.Auéééu - Teatro, Os Possessos and Teatro da Cidade theatre companies

From the text ‘Our Town' by Thornton Wilder, For the first time ever, the companies Auéééu - Teatro, Os Possessos and Teatro da Cidade work together in the creation of this show based on Thorton Wilder's ‘Our Town'.
Early 20th century Grover's Corners, a small North American town, is the imagined setting for this show, which takes place through the eyes of a stage director. He drives the whole narrative and beckons the viewer to imagine those streets, those families, their relationships and everyday life, including love, marriage and death. The banality of daily existence is told through a theatrical mechanism that allows us to witness the vagaries of life once and again. After all, that is the place only theatre can create: an encounter with the dead in which we can see life itself.
