WORKSHOP
Typical and traditional Rua Direita is going to have a Loja Extraordinária that promises to change all city routes. A special place created by the participants, that, for a week, assume their facet of explorers and uncover precious clues to make starry picnics, to recognise the aromas of the desert, to feel silence in the palm of their hand and to discover day-to-day objects from the time of our grandparents.
In this shop, it'll be possible to draw with light, to learn the language of birds through the use of cooking ingredients and to find the wolves and otters that inhabit the district of Viseu. The goods from Loja Extraordinária are not for sale, they're just for the purpose of tousling the senses of customers that go through the store.
With this workshop, Marina Palácio, wants to give young people a way to contact nature and natural materials, wants to motivate experimentation and aesthetic search, awakening in them the necessity to preserve the environment, be it in the shape of a traditional shop or an animal.
