WORKSHOP
Visual artist Vanessa Chrystie returns to Teatro Viriato to once again merge dance with painting. Taking inspiration from the observation of several dance pieces, 3 Movimentos participants are challenged to register, with the help of India ink and watercolours, the figures, the movements, the details that they see and feel in the performances shown.
Beyond the techniques that will be built upon, the artist wants participants to develop their memory and sense of emotional reflection, as a means of putting on paper their personal interpretation of the pieces.
Trained in ceramic illustration, painting, sculpture, drawing and jewelry, Vanessa Chrystie exhibited her works, both collectively and individually, and took part in various national and international contests.
