CONTEMPORARY CIRCUS
Juggling, objects manipulation and balances get together in 1.5ºC Ponto de Equilíbrio, a contemporary circus solo show about the daily life of a stranded man, alone, in a small island surrounded by garbage. At the edge of survival, with the least amount of natural resources e with the agility of its last inhabitant, this small island tries to readapt, transform and renew.
The Companhia Erva Daninha presents a dramaturgy that discusses the human impact on nature, the iminent loss of natural resources and thatreflects about the pollution of the oceans.
In this small island, surrounded by water that is confused with garbage, the circus techniques remind us of the fragility of ecossistems and bring awareness about climate change.
