From Sábado 2 (1995) to Paisagens... "onde o negro é cor" (2010), the exhibition 15 anos - 15 imagens invites the public to find Paulo Ribeiro's, and his author company's, work again.
Founded in 1995, Companhia Paulo Ribeiro was born out of the work that the choreographer did together with some of the most prestigious Contemporary Dance companies in Europe. In these 15 years of activity, he conquered an important place amongst specialized critics and an attentive audience that always let themselves be touched and moved by Paulo Ribeiro's creations.
The display revisits 15 pieces of his oeuvre through 15 images. A summary of what's now in the past, a record of what's inscribed in the present, and maybe an announcement of what the future may bring.
