THE WALL (o muro)

THEATER

PREMIERE
At the centre of the stage there is a wall that divides the audience - adults on one side, children on the other - only the actors can freely move between both sides. Neither adults nor children watch the same play.
This is the premise of The Wall (o muro): the difference between what adults think children think and what they, in fact, think; the difference between what children think adults want and what they, truly, want; the difference between what belongs to the "world of adults" and the "world of children".
The Wall (o muro) considers the barrier that serves as generational divide, separating infancy and adulthood, and invites the public to take a look at their own side of the wall and imagining what lies beyond it.
The staging of the show will be complemented by the projection of the documentary The Wall. A pesquisa, directed by Maria Remédio, that portrays the research process for the creation of the play.

Note: Adults and children will be separated upon entering, re-joining each other at the end of the show.
